Kids were falling all over the place and smiling about it Monday night at this season’s first Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation Learn to Skate session at the Hunt Armory Rink in Shadyside. Parents waved and took phone photos and video. Some couldn’t wait to return for a future session (for kids ages 4 through 10) or a public skate session, which this rink and many others offer this cold and slippery and really fun time of year.
